All products are custom-made after your order is successfully placed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to your selected delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times

Metro Cities: 3–7 Business Days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–9 Business Days
Remote Areas: 5–12 Business Days

These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email, a Tracking Number, and a Courier Tracking Link.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations across India, depending on your delivery PIN code.

Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, courier operations, natural disasters, government restrictions, or high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, incorrect phone numbers, or failed delivery attempts. If an order is returned due to incorrect customer information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Undelivered & Return-to-Origin (RTO)

If a package cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, refusal, or other customer-related reasons, it may be returned to us as RTO. We can arrange re-shipment after confirmation, and additional shipping charges may apply.
