Our products are manufactured using a Print-on-Demand (POD) process. Every item is produced specifically after an order is placed.

Because products are made to order, slight differences in print placement, colour, and garment measurements may occur. These variations are considered normal manufacturing characteristics and do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:

Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.
Products become unavailable.
Payment cannot be successfully verified.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started or the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.

Delivery times may vary because of:

Natural disasters
Events beyond our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers after dispatch.

7. Returns & Refunds

As our products are custom-made, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Minor colour differences
Normal manufacturing tolerances

Refunds or replacements are provided only for verified manufacturing defects, damaged products, incorrect items, or orders confirmed as lost during transit, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

We strive to display product colours and images as accurately as possible.

However, actual colours may vary depending on:

Photography lighting
Printing process

Garment measurements may vary by approximately ±0.5 inch due to manufacturing tolerances.
